Flame Retardant Carbon Fiber

Kumair is excited to announce that we are now offering flame retardant carbon fiber composite parts for aircraft interiors, automation, and other applications which require 60-second vertical burn testing per FAR 25.863(a) Appendix F. Test data is available upon request, and any custom laminate can be developed and sent for testing by one of the leading laboratories that conducts vertical burn and other tests required for aircraft interior applications. CNC machining and incorporation of other materials into the laminates is possible, for example foam and honeycomb for lightweight cores, or metals (titanium, aluminum, stainless steel) for tappable cores and hard-points.
